Amorphous cores are made from ferromagnetic amorphous metal alloys, known for their high permeability and very low core loss. These materials offer superior magnetic and electrical properties, making them ideal for extremely low-loss transformer applications. We supply both amorphous ribbons and core loops for single-phase and three-phase distribution transformers up to 630 kVA.
